How can I get a quotation?
Choose your desired wall solutions and enter your wall dimensions (if needed). The system will calculate the cost of your selected wall decor solution. The total cost of your purchase will be reflected before checkout.
Do you process orders during weekends and Public Holidays?
Our production team and facilities do not operate on weekends and public holidays. But be assured that we will definitely process your order the very next working day.
How do I change or update my personal details?
You can update your personal details anytime via our website. Simply log into your online account to update your Name, Address, Email and Mobile Number. You may also email our customer service at email@example.com to update your address details.
Will my personal information be shared with third parties?
What are your available mode of payment?
Payment can be made through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay through the Paypal facility with any debit or credit card.
Wall Catalog Rewards
How does Wall Catalog Rewards work?
As a Wall Catalog member, you can earn reward points for all your purchases with us.
For every dollar spent, you get 10 reward points credited to your membership account. These points can be used to offset your next purchase on Wall Catalog or you can choose to transfer the points to your family and friends. You can track your reward points anytime by logging into your Wall Catalog account.
Can I combine/transfer reward points from multiple accounts into a single account?
Yes you may as your points are transferrable but they can only be transferred to a person with a valid Wall Catalog account.
When will my Wall Catalog rewards points be credited?
Reward points will be credited into your Wall Catalog account within 3 working days of your order delivery.
Will the reward points I accumulate expire?
Reward points are valid for 1 year. So it will expire 1 year from the date of being credited into your account. You will receive an email notification 2 months prior to its expiry.
How do I check my reward points balance?
You can check on your rewards points balance and redemption history via your Wall Catalog members account anytime. Simply log on to your account on our website and these information are available under “My Account”.
What happens to my reward points when I return items?
Reward points earned will be deducted from your account if you return the merchandise. If you used your reward point to offset your returned purchase, those reward point will be forfeited. The remaining paid amount will be turned into in-store credit to be used on other Wall Catalog products.
Customising Your Wall Solutions
Can I customise my wall solutions?
All three of our product offerings (wallpaper, wall art and wall decals) are customisable via our Visualiser Tool.
How do I design my own with the Visualiser Tool?
I have a design in mind but I do not have artwork. Will you be able to help me?

Are the colours seen on screen accurate?
The colours shown on the screen can vary from the received product. There can be some variation between computer monitors due to the brightness and color intensity.
Can I use an image taken on my camera phone?
Yes, you can! But be cautious if the resolution is good enough for print especially if you need to print on large surfaces. Our Visualiser Tool will alert you if the photo does not fulfill the minimum resolution. The ideal resolution is 300 DPI.
What should I consider when uploading my design file in Visualiser Tool?
Other than ensuring that the photo resolution is at least 300 DPI, please also ensure that your photo is saved in either one of the following formats: png, jpeg, tiff, svg, or pdf.The photo must not exceed 500MB. If you are having difficulties with uploading your photo please get in touch with our customer service officer via our enquiry form here.
How do I check if my photo or digital design has a high enough resolution?
To find out an image’s DPI (dots per inch), right-click on the file name > Properties > Details.
If you have a program like Photoshop, click the “Image” menu and choose “Image Size”. Choose “pixels/inch” from the Resolution drop-down menu if it is not already displayed by default. The number in the Resolution box is the DPI of the photo.
Wall Catalog also provides free resolution check before proceeding with your order.
Will you share my uploaded photos or digital design?
At Wall Catalog, we value your privacy. Your uploaded photos or digital design are protected and will never be shared without your consent. Please ensure that you have the rights to your uploaded images and fulfil our list of terms and conditions.
Why doesn’t the whole image fit the wall size?
This has to do with the dimensions of the image. The image will be cropped to fit your wall. If you would like the whole image to fit your wall, please upload your art at the exact dimensions of your wall.
Delivery & Return Policies
What are your delivery options for wallpaper?
You may choose to have your items delivered to your preferred address or have it picked up from our office. But in the case of wallpaper products that require installation, delivery would be provided.
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery is free for your orders above SGD$300. Otherwise, delivery is being fixed at SGD$15 for each trip.
Where can I pick up my order?
You can collect your order(s) from our office at: 57 Loyang Drive, Annex Block. Level 5M Singapore 508968. The date and time of your collection would be highlighted in the collection email you receive.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Wall Catalog promises a turnaround period of 3 working days (exclude weekends and public holidays) for your wall solution(s) to be delivered from the time the finishing art has been approved.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email from us whenever there is a change in the status of your order. You can also login to your Wall Catalog account to track your order.
Do you deliver outside of Singapore?
Unfortunately, we do not at the moment.
Can I choose the installation timings?
Yes, you may. Our dedicated customer service officer will contact you on your preferred timing for installation. Installations will be done on weekdays, Monday to Friday, between 9am to 5pm.
I received my product but I don’t like the design! What are your return policies?
We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty due to manufacturer’s fault as outlined in our Terms and Condition. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days from delivery/ self-collection. In the event of a manufacturer’s fault, we will replace the faulty wallpaper panel.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address - we do not ship to P.O. Box or POPstation. Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been confirmed and paid. In the event that a wrong address was given and the package is being delivered, Wall Catalog will not be liable for any replacement or refund. We will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels due to wrong or invalid address.
What happens if I'm not available to receive my package upon delivery?
If there is no one available to receive the package when your delivery arrives, one of these could happen. The courier will:
1) Fail the delivery & an email will be sent to you to choose the next date/ time-slot for your delivery.
2) Give you a call to check if you would like to have your package left at a secure location of your choice.
Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; we will re-deliver on the next available date. Our customer service will contact you to schedule a re-delivery. Please note, there is a re-delivery fee of S$15 per re-delivery attempt.
How wide are the wallpaper strips?
Our wallpapers are being printed to your specified size.
Should I give exact wall dimensions?
Wall Catalog prints the wallpaper custom to the wall dimensions provided. Just measure the tallest and widest part of your wall to get the height and width. Otherwise, contact us if you need help!
How do I know if my wall is suitable for wallpaper?
Wall Catalog offers free site inspection whenever you order a wallpaper from our website. Should it not be viable for you to have wallpaper, you can choose to purchase other Wall Catalog items with the amount paid.
How do I install the wallpaper?
Wall Catalog offers free installation services whenever you order a wallpaper from our website.
Can the wallpaper/ wall decal be reapplied?
Wallpaper: No. Striping (pulling) of the wallpaper will destroy the material integrity and strength of the wallpaper fibres making it unsuitable for reapplication.
Wall Decal: If carefully removed, wall decals can be reapplied onto another surface through the adhesive quality will be naturally weakened.
Will there be any residue on the wall after removing the wallpaper?
Careful removal of your wallpaper would not leave any residue behind.
Can Wall Catalog installers help me remove my existing wallpaper?
Yes, we are able to remove and dispose of the wallpaper, as well as touch-up your wall. The additional charges will be based on the area of wallpaper that needs to be removed. Our customer service will assist you in the cost should you require this service.
Which frame should I choose?
When designing or selecting your wall art, you’ll be offered two types of frames to choose from: the conventional wooden frame and our innovative air frame. The key difference between a wooden frame and the air frame is the weight: a wooden frame will weigh much more than an airframe. As such, the choice of framing material is dependent on the placement of your wall art piece.
What is an airframe?
The air frame is an innovative, lightweight, and damage-resistant frame that allows for easy installation without the need to drill a nail into the wall. It can be held up with any heavy-duty, removable stick-on hooks. Its lightweight also makes it safe around children.
How do I hang my wall art?
Your wall art comes ready to hang. All you need are some hooks or nails.
Can I request for a particular wall art size that is not offered on your website?

What are wall decals?
Wall decals, also known as wall stickers, wall graphics, and wall appliques, are thin sheets of vinyl with one printed side and one adhesive side. They can stick flat to walls and other surfaces without the use of nails or glue.
How do I apply my wall decals?
Wall decals are applied exactly the same way as you would paste stickers onto a surface. Make sure the surface you apply your wall decal on is clean and dry. Wipe over with a damp cloth and leave to dry completely before starting your application.
Can I clean my wall decals?
A slightly damp cloth and some mild soap should remove dirt, dust, or other substances that may end up on your wall decals.
